PreVail Training Module

This course is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage lymphedema and lipedema. Participants will explore the causes, symptoms, and treatment options for both conditions, with a focus on early identification, risk reduction, and patient-centered care. The training will cover essential topics such as the utilization of pneumatic compression devices (PCD), the phases of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), and the role of OASIS guidelines in managing patient outcomes. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and hands-on demonstrations, attendees will gain practical tools to support patients in their journey toward improved health and quality of life.
